How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info.madiversity35@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll reply with the return instructions and address.

3. Send the item back and keep your tracking number until your return is confirmed.

Return Window

You have 30 days  from the delivery day to request a return

Items returned after 30 days cannot be refunded or exchanged 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, your activewear must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

• Free from sweat, deodorant, perfume, or makeup stains

• With all original tags and packaging attached

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges within 14 days.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll send out your replacement promptly.​​

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was defective or we made an error.

Return Shipping

Return shipping will only be paid for by company if the wrong item was sent or if the item is defective.
In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.​​

Damaged or Defective Items

If your activewear arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund quickly.
